Service Description
For multi-year deployments requiring a dedicated field verifier with continuous oversight and planned site missions. We act as your standing field verifier, deploying to project sites on a planned cadence, documenting reality with objective evidence, and providing clear tranche recommendations that maintain disbursement discipline and evidence-grade outcome tracking. - Annual verification plan with scheduled site visits. Typically 2 to 4 field missions. - Independent on-the-ground inspections and stakeholder checks. - Field Verification Pack after every mission (verdict, evidence, issue log, actions) - Drone mapping and comparative surveys where useful as a baseline for change detection, wildlife population density and identification. - Monthly check-ins during active delivery phases, plus rapid response decision support. - Tranche release recommendations: release, partial release with conditions, or hold. - Practical corrective-action plan when delivery lags or drifts.
