Field evidence and mission media (clients only)

  • Photographs, video, drone outputs, GPS tracks, waypoints, and notes created during verification missions

  • These may incidentally capture people, vehicles, vessels, premises, or identifiable features in the environment

For mission evidence packs, retention is agreed with the client where possible. Where no agreement exists, we retain for a reasonable period to support verification integrity and client continuity, then securely delete or archive.
